Creve Coeur Olivette Directory 2026

12 2026 | Creve Coeur Olivette Area Community Directory Welcome to Creve Coeur! In the heart of St. Louis County, Creve Coeur is a vibrant and welcoming community known for its beautiful parks and thriving business district. I’m thrilled to share a few recent highlights that demonstrate why our city continues to be an exceptional place to live and visit. We are firmly committed to being good stewards of your tax dollars, and our commitment to financial health continues to earn recognition. For the 33rd year in a row, we’ve received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), a top honor that recognizes how well our budget serves as a financial plan for our city. Creve Coeur also maintains the prestigious Triple-A bond rating, the highest debt rating possible. This places us among a select group of financially excellent cities across the nation. On the public safety front, our Creve Coeur Police Department recently achieved its fifth re- accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), widely regarded as the “gold standard” in public safety. This distinction, which the department has maintained since 2012, confirms its ongoing dedication to professional excellence, transparency and building community trust. Looking toward the future, we have exciting major development projects that will reshape our city’s economic landscape. Construction is moving forward on Olia Village, located on the former Bayer campus west of Lindbergh Boulevard. This 96-acre upscale development will bring a vibrant mix of apartments, townhouses, hotels, retail, restaurants and office space. This is one of the largest development projects in the city’s history and will bring additional growth to the 39 North Agtech Innovation District, a 600-acre global hub for agri-food technology in Creve Coeur. Remember to make the most of our community’s 90+ acres of parks. I especially encourage you to visit the newly renovated Dr. H. Phillip Venable Memorial Park, which features a new playground, pavilion and improved walking paths and tennis courts. Beyond our parks, you can schedule a tee time at our year-round nine-hole golf course or learn to ice skate at the Creve Coeur Ice Arena. Our popular summer concert series also returns to Millennium Park, running on the second Thursday of each month from May through September. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of live music in our most popular park. However you decide to explore Creve Coeur this year, I thank you for being such an important part of our community.
