2026 | Lindenwood Park Community Directory 18 Lindenwood Park Safety Committee The Lindenwood Park Neighborhood Association Safety Committee meets about every quarter. Meeting dates for 2026 are January 22, April 16, July 16, and October 15. The committee offers some tips for a safer neighborhood. • Lock your car at night. • Do not leave valuables in your car. • Make sure all your street/ alley lights are working. If not, call: • Citizens’ Service Bureau at 314-622-4800 for STREETLIGHTS. • Ameren at 314-342-1000 for ALLEY lights. • Get to know your neighbors. • Purchase a security camera for your house. • Close windows and blinds at night. • If you see something suspicious, call 911. • For non-emergencies call 314-231-1212. • Keep your exterior house lights on at night. • Lock your doors, including garage doors. • Stay current with crime trends for our neighborhood. • Do not announce on social media that you are away from your home. • Stop mail/newspapers and have neighbors keep an eye on your property while on vacation. The police department is collecting the location of cameras in the neighborhood for use during investigations. Please provide that information at safety@lindenwoodpark.org and/or gkaragiannis@slmpd.org LPNA Century Homes Program The Century Homes program is dedicated to preserving the local historic integrity and character of our neighborhood. Using city property records, the program identifies homes that are 100 years old or older. The LPNA offers a custom-made plaque as a way to honor your Century Home. Each plaque displays the Century Home logo and the year of construction. Eligible homeowners will be invited to purchase a pre-drilled plaque to mount on the exterior of their home. The plaque showcases the history of the home and provides a visual marker in the community. Proceeds from the Century Homes Program are earmarked for LPNA beautification projects and other neighborhood activities. If your home is at least 100 years old, the LPNA will mail out an announcement with details on how to purchase a Century Home plaque.
